argarita Romero Rosales
Ms. Romero received her Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Catholic University of Ecuador and she is a practicing Lawyer in Courts of the Republic of Ecuador.
She also completed a V Magvister Lventinvs, Master of Arts degree, in Trademark, Patent, and Intellectual Property Law at the University of Alicante, Spain. She has participated in Harvard University’s Courses about Negotiation and Alternative Conflict Resolution held at the Chamber of Commerce of Quito and the Ecuadorian-American Chamber of Commerce. She has earned a postgraduate degree in Business Law (Specialist) from the Simon Bolivar Andean University and she has participated in diverse seminars about Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights in various countries in the Americas and Europe.
Ms. Romero is a member of ASIPI (Inter-American Association of Industrial Property) and INTA (International Trademark Association). She participated in the redaction of the Electronic Commerce Law, and she has published various articles in the University of San Francisco’s legal magazine, luris Dictio, the ASIPI Bulletin, and MARCASUR. She speaks and writes Spanish and English. |
